Wednesday, March 28th, 2012Liz and Corey are getting married in June. Their daughter, Addisyn, was a blast to photograph! She and her cousin (who didn’t end up in any of the photos unfortunately) ran around downtown Jackson and could have cared less about how cold it was that day. I can’t wait to see her (and her gorgeous Mom 
) dolled up for the wedding. Too cute!
Allison & Adam :: Ann Arbor Engagement Photography
Tuesday, March 6th, 2012Allison and Adam are getting married in December at one of my favorite venues, The Captain’s Club at Woodfield in Grand Blanc, MI. Allison and Adam are both U of M alum and huge sports fans so we chose some iconic spots around campus to do their engagement session. My favorite location (and most unexpected) was Yost Arena. We got extremely lucky and were able to take some shots inside. I chose a couple of my favorites for their preview…
Daniellle & Dan :: Matthaei Botanical Gardens
Wednesday, June 15th, 2011Danielle & Dan are getting married in a couple weeks and they’re having an extremely unique ceremony. They’re choosing not to have an officiant and they wrote the whole ceremony themselves! I can’t wait to see what they have planned.
They chose to have their engagement session at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor.
Laura & Jeff :: Ella Sharp Park
Monday, June 13th, 2011Laura and Jeff are both school teachers in Jackson county. Jeff actually teaches at my old high school, so I always drill him for information whenever I see him! Sorry Jeff! They’re a seriously fun couple to work with and they somehow manage to get past that they each root for competing schools. Made for some cute shots!
We did their session at Ella Sharp Park in Jackson. It’s a Jackson icon- a nice mix of manicured gardens and historical buildings and a VERY popular wedding venue. I’ve shot here more times than I can remember! Jeff and Laura’s wedding is coming up in July and they booked one of my favorite local bands, Calling Marvin! Dan Bickle, one of the band members, was my band director in high school and a seriously cool guy.
Marianne & Phil :: MSU Campus
Saturday, June 11th, 2011Marianne & Phil met at Michigan State University… in a racquet ball class! We ran around MSU’s campus for a couple hours finding their favorite spots and of course, the racquet ball court. I can’t wait for their wedding in September. I can already tell that these two are going to be a blast!
Gail & Dan :: Ann Arbor Engagement Photography
Monday, January 24th, 2011Gail, Dan, and I went out last Sunday for a VERY cold engagement session around Ann Arbor. It may have been 10 degrees outside, but it didn’t deter them from jumping in the snow and having a snowball fight! We hit up downtown, campus, and the Arb. Gail and Dan are getting married in Washington and I have to say that I’m a bit sad about it. They were a blast to work with! Some of my favorite images are below…
